 An interesting art app (Popsicolor); very simple to use; not a great deal of manipulation available but if you have a decent photo it can give fairly good results.

Digital Bess

"Digital Bess" based on photo taken with Sony NEX-3 Bess was a wonderful dog. She was a black and white Border Collie from farm stock. I've given her a little bit more colour here to reflect the immensity of her personality. She had a short but wonderful life. She was only six when she passed on.
